I come from an estate that is the result of the joint work of two great families of winegrowers. The Mann family have been winegrowers since the beginning of the 17th century and the Barthelme family, the current owners, have been since 1654. Today the two brothers, Maurice and Jacky Barthelmé, supported by their respective wives, Marie-Claire and Marie-Thérèse, run the family estate. The estate’s aim is to produce a wine in harmony with the soil. Wine is the memory of the grape, it is capable of transmitting the taste of the earth, so since 2000, the wines of the estate have been certified in organic agriculture by Ecocert. |

My nose is endowed with brioche and fruits aromas as citrus. |

My first contact with the palate is elegant and flavorfull with an expression of richness. My finishing is underlined by a nice salinity. I am complex and well balanced with a good length, marked by citrus fruits notes. |

I go well in aperitif or with a seafood platter. I am also good to pair with brie's gougers, tapas or wraps with goat, salmon and strawberries. |
