The small Village of Bray with 120 People is situated 35Km north west of Macon town. Since the 17th century the Boisseau family has been living in the same village and pretty much every one is still there including parents, brother and sister, oncle’s and hanty’s, cousin’s etc.... Today Sebastien and Delphine are looking after the 7.5 hectares property, fully organic and certified since 2004 with “Quality of France”. Biodynamie technics are used but no certification at this point of time. The vinyard is planted from 2.5% of red grape with a density of 11000 vines/hectares and the white’s with 10000 vines/hectare. I am a beautiful solair millesime, coming from a granite plot with no barrel. My grape varieties are 60 years old on average. |

My color is purple. I was vinified in carbonic maceration as well as in Beaujolais to increase the fruit color and taste. |

My nose evolves on tertiary aromas of candied black fruits of black cherry with aromas of undergrowth, and spices. |

My palate is light with black fruit notes. I have very light and melted tannins so I am easy to drink. |
