It covers 35 hectares and is located on the Saint-Maurice and Vinsobres vineyards. Here, since 1997, the date of the last market gardening crops, the estate has abandoned polyculture to devote itself exclusively to wine. Valérie Chaume-Arnaud takes care of the cellar, while her companion Philippe supervises the vine, which is dominated by grenache and which gives pride of place to cinsault. The wines produced are intense and full of life, without any stylistic effect, and perfectly express the terroirs of Saint-Maurice and Vinsobres. These beautiful wines from the southern Rhône look north. The grapes are harvested by hand on a stony plateau and windy at an altitude of 400m. The vines are entirely worked on horseback, without synthetic chemicals, in certified biodynamics. |

I am complex on nose with peach, pear, flowery notes, exotic fruits and candied lemons. |

My palate has nougat flavors, gingerbread and spice with a lushly textured mouthfeel. I have a bright fresh acidity and a mineral finish. |

I could paired with white meat like chicken. I go very well in aperitifs served accompanied a quiche, a pizza or antipasti. |
