Singularity, in Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Péray, and especially in Hermitage (where the former property of the cellar's founder, Louis Gambert de Loche, now has 22 hectares on the famous hill!), the Cave de Tain plays its leading role to the full: the cultivation practices it leads there with its own team of winegrowers, serve as showcases and sometimes even as a "laboratory" for all the winegrowers. On its property in Hermitage, a unique and magical place nestled in the middle of the vines, the Cave has dreamed of the most beautiful setting for its wines: this is the vocation of the Fief de Gambert, the former house renovated by the Gambert family in 2009. |

I am pale pink in color with a reddish hue. |

I have a gorgeous perfume with hints of cherry and berry fruit with floral spice undertones. My nose is fun, fresh and fruity rendering of this majestic, flagship varietal of the Northern Rhône Valley. |

My palate is brimming with a myriad of red fruits suggesting cherry, raspberry, and watermelon with a very faint exotic spice tinge. Lush and rounded the wine is beautifully balanced and retains a lot of finesse. |

I go very well with fish like salmon and scallops. I also go with pizzas, nems, pork and deli meats. |
