Turon was graduated in Oenology from Adelaide University in 2010. Working for various wineries during and after university, Turon identified that the Adelaide Hills was where he ultimately wanted to lay his winemaking hat. He has over 10 years winemaking experience in the Adelaide Hills, working for some premium wine producers. Overseas vintages in Oregon, USA, and Eger, Hungary, has helped to cement Turon's passion for cool climate winemaking. |

Don’t I look attractive with my sweet clear pink robe with a bit of coral touches? I know what you think, “This is going to be perfect for summer days!!!” |

I hope you’ll recognise that rose fragrance that rhymes with warm days. I can also express a scent of red fruits like ripe strawberries, that will me make perfectly enjoyable for every kind of personal preference.

I can demonstrate a crisp acidity which is mellowed by those strawberries and some appearing flavours such as lollies. Although I am a fruity wine, I am no way near sweet. If you pay attention, I bet you can also taste those subtle spices like white pepper and a bit of nutmeg. I would say this probably comes from the fact that I am a rose de saignee from Syrah.

You will appreciate all kind of summer classics with me. Prawns of course, grilled fish ( with shallots hmm) but also as I am medium bodied, you can go for barbecue sausages if they’re not too spicy, goat cheese or “chevre frais” with chives, of course a good old fashioned Provence dish full of veggies and rosemary like ratatouille, without forgetting another Mediterranean side of rose, with all those North-African specialties that are couscous and tajines. |
