Domaine Combier recently celebrated its 40th year of organic growing, making it one of the most experienced producers of organic wines in the area. All the wines produced by Laurent Combier are made with certified organic grapes grown on the 25 hectares of the estate. His parents were very innovative by choosing organic viticulture in the 1970s, (a crazy bet for the time). Since 1990, Laurent Combier took over his parents. He continues the historical culture of apricots, and decides to concentrate exclusively on the quality of the wines. All the wines are aged in barrels.

I have a soft palate, fruity and spicy. The small final acidity enhances the crisp side of me, with aromas of toffee. I am persistent on the palate, good purity and a good finish with fruit. |
