The Château du Galoupet is a Cru Classé ofCôtes de Provence with its 165 hectares of land, its 72 hectares of vineyard and its 2900 hl of production is one of the most important vineyards of the appellation. Located by the sea, its hills offer a breathtaking view of the city of Hyères Les Palmiers, the Fort of Brégançon and the Island of Porquerolles. The Château is bordered by a lush Mediterranean flora composed of palm trees, lemon trees, orange trees and eucalyptus trees.

I am pale pink in color with rosewood eye. |

I have a gorgeous perfume with hints of notes of raspberry, redcurrant and pomegranate. My nose is fun, fresh and fruity rendering of this majestic, flagship varietal of the Var in Provence. |

My palate is dry with medium acidity and medium body. The low level tannins are soft and do not hold. The flavours have a medium intensity and follow the nose with notes of strawberry and lime zest. There is a white pepper character that was not detected on the nose. The finish has a medium length. |

I go very well with shellfish and crustaceans, grilled meat as beef, in appetizers and snacks. |
