By the way I will need to be well chilled, in between 6 and 10 degrees maximum. |

Sam Miranda is the third generation of a prominent winemaking family who moved from Italy to Australia in the 1930s. In November 2004 Sam expanded his part of the King Valley and purchased a 120-hectare property in the Myrrhee district which currently has 12 hectares under vine. Not only is this a rich and productive property, it also offers magnificent views over the surrounding mountains, a nice way to work while Sam sits on his tractor some 4oo metres above sea level. |

My colour goes from light yellow to medium yellow. |

My aroma is creamy and simple, reasonably fresh and chardonnay-ish, with a meringue hint. |

The palate is light but rich, quite intense and slightly sweet, with lots of flavour that fills the mouth. The finish and aftertaste are clean, dry and long. |

I go well with veal, pork or rich fish like salmon and tuna. I could be pair with poultry too. |
