Are your packaging materials environmentally friendly?

Our packaging is made entirely of recycled and recyclable materials, eliminating plastic and using biodegradable packaging materials.

 - Am I able to order more of a wine from a previous box?

Certainly! Just send an email to and we will take care of it.

 - I want to gift a box for a special occasion. Is this possible?

Dispatch can be delayed to arrive for your occasion when placing your order, or by sending an email to after if the order has already been made.

- What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not able to organise a redelivery or a collection, please get in contact and we will organise it on your behalf.

How much do shipping and tax cost? 

For all purchases GST is included. Shipping is between $10 - $30 depending on the states in Australia.

- How does the subscription work?

Every month our wine experts will choose your wines to be delivered Australia-wide around the 10th.  Our experts will find those rare pearls for you, and they'll be delivered to your doorstep!

- Is there a minimum number of months for the subscription service?

Our priority is your satisfaction at Bottli, so you can stop your subscription at any time with no minimum!

- Do I have to subscribe?

No, you are able to order as a once-off to decide if the service is for you before making any commitment!

- Can I change my subscription product?

If you wish to unsubscribe, please let us know before the 30th of the month. Otherwise, your unsubscription will take place at the end of the following month.
