Are your packaging materials environmentally friendly?

Our packaging is made entirely of recycled and recyclable materials, eliminating plastic and using biodegradable packaging materials.

 - Am I able to order more of a wine from a previous box?

Certainly! Just send an email to contact@bottli.com and we will take care of it.

 - I want to gift a box for a special occasion. Is this possible?

Dispatch can be delayed to arrive for your occasion when placing your order, or by sending an email to contact@bottli.com after if the order has already been made.

- What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not able to organise a redelivery or a collection, please get in contact and we will organise it on your behalf.

How much does shipping and tax cost? 

For all purchases GST is included. Shipping is between $10 - $30 depending on the states in Australia.

- How does the subscription work?

Every month our wine experts will choose your wines to be delivered Australia-wide around the 10th.  Our experts will find those rare pearls for you, and they'll be delivered to your doorstep!

- Is there a minimum number of months for the subscription service?

Our priority is your satisfaction at Bottli, so you can stop your subscription at any time with no minimum!

- Do I have to subscribe?

No, you are able to order as a once-off to decide if the service is for you before making any commitment!

- Can I change my subscription product?

Subscriptions can be changed by emailing us at contact@bottli.com

- Can I cancelled my subscription product ?

If you wish to unsubscribe, please let us know before the 30th of the month. Otherwise, your unsubscription will take place at the end of the following month.
