I’m perceived as a medium ruby wine. |

I reveal a complex bouquet of red fruit (raspberry and red currant) but also black fruit (Plum and black cherry) and Oaky notes (chocolate, baking spice, coffee, clove and vanilla). |

From the very first sip, you can feel the blackberries and blueberries, loads of spicy and my glossy texture. Palate is racy and light in weight for an Australian shiraz. High acidity chocolate raspberry and black cherry focused palate and beautiful clean and dry finish. |

Try me on beef, lamb, game (deer, venison) and poultry.
