Established in 1996, Lethbridge produces savoury wines with intensity and finesse. Sit down at the tasting table inside the strawbale winery and sample wines alongside alter ego Between Five Bells. Originally planted to vineyard in the early 1800s, the site is perfect for vineyards. Current owners Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis searched the Geelong region taking soil samples before agreeing on the site. Lethbridge Wines is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed tasting - often with the winemaker - allowing you to learn more about wine and the Geelong region. |

I’m perceived as a pale lemon wine, full bodied. |

I reveal a beautifully clean, pure nose of ripe melon, lemon zest, white peach, lychee and honeycomb, with traces of baked apple and shortbread. Think floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia on the nose and lashings of fresh white honey. |

On the palate there is a heavy flavor profile; tart but honey, citrus. Lovely freshness in the mouth and excellent cleansing acidity with notes of pear, apple and lime. Think lashings of fresh white honey and grapefruit on the palate. Alongside the inherent richness of flavour it remains clean, refreshing and thirst quenching. |

Try me with fresh sugar snaps will be a very good pairing, linguine ale vongole or any kind of seafood. |
