What makes them special?

Jean-Michel Parcé is a true winegrower. In a proud Catalonia, he stands out for his humility, his anti-star side. He doesn't go out much, he tells us, lack of relationship, but how could it be otherwise? With 4 young children and one of the most famous vineyards in the region, the Mas Blanc estate in Banyuls, he invents, he creates, he works, he finds. And its Collioure wines and Banyuls are marvels that any wine lover owes one day to discover: fine, subtle, with great aging potential. He is the worthy successor of Doctor Parcé, who, among other things, allowed Americans to discover Banyuls, and is now working to restore Banyuls vinegar to its former glory. Jean Monnet said: "In life, you have to choose between being someone or doing something". Obviously, Jean-Michel Parcé chose, and he took it well.
