The Story of the Family

The Perol family are originally a cattle farmer since 1806, the first vine was planted in 1912. The winery is base near Chatillon, 30Km south of Villefranche sur Soane. Anthony is the 5th generation and is now in charged of the 25 hectares vineyard. Fully organic and certified with “Ecocert” since 2005 and biodynamic technics are used as well but no certification at this point of time. The average density in the vineyard is 8000 vines/hectares.
