Colour: Brilliant, straw yellow with pale rim (amazing considering from a red grape!
Aroma: Perfumed aromas of pine-lime, jasmine, citrus blossom, lemon meringue, faint biscuit, white pepper and delicate spice aromas
Palate: Full, rich body with citrus flavours “front and centre”, lovely fine-grained fruit tannins encompass the fruit core, complimented with a drying citrus acid line. Pour in a black Riedel glass and see who picks it as a white wine!! A great food wine! Well suited to a range of fresh seafood dishes but would compliment chicken and pork dishes with ease.
