An interesting Pet Nat wine made from 100% certified Biodynamic Negrette grapes from Fronton, South-West France.
Aromatics of ripe red berries, strawberries and a charming yeasty cider like character. Then on the palate, the mousse is rich and creamy, bubbles are generous and active. That’s exactly what you’d expect from this style of wine! Fresh strawberries and stone fruits coming through on the palate. Far too easy to drink!
Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C and pair with charcuterie, salads or fresh goat cheese!
Winery: Château La Colombiere

Do you know we also have another Pet Nat wine?
Pet Nat is short for Pétillant Naturel, which means ‘Naturally Sparkling’ in French. It uses Ancestral method during winemaking, which allows fermentation to finish in the bottle and creates natural bubbles.
No sugar added and low residual sugar. Low sulphur at bottling. Possible sediments in the bottle due to low or no filtration.
