Pinot Noir | Champagne Cuvée Sélection Blanc de Noir Brut

Beautiful golden shinny colour with dynamic fine beads. On the nose, the expression is fruity with aromas of apples and raspberry. Hints of brioche and grille. The mouth is creamy and generous with a nice vivacity to finish long and clean.

Grapes are from the hills of La Côte des Bar near Bar-sur-Aube, Exposition south East, Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Three years on lees before to be disgorged.

A great Champagne for aperitif or to drink with canapés, seafood, fishes and chicken.

Beautiful now and will age nicely and few years.
