Eyes: Pale yellow.
Nose: Lemon curd and fresh pineapple with white floral notes.
Taste: Lemon and green apple on the front palate give way to nashi pear and floral notes on the finish. Refreshing and balanced with a delicious long- lasting taste.
The 2019 vintage saw the driest conditions in decades. This accompanied with early spring frosts reduced yields to much lower than average. The low yield resulted in intense aroma and full flavours. After careful monitoring in the field, the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the cool of the night to maintain freshness. After destemming, the grapes are chilled and gently pressed to produce the highest quality juice. The juices are combined and co-fermented at low temperature for 15 days to achieves the harmonious balance of flavour and texture.
