Eyes: Vibrant purple body with red edges.

Nose: Raspberry, smoked meats and dried herb aromas with cinnamon and nutmeg from oak maturation.

Taste: This medium bodied red wine has vibrant red fruits with strawberry, raspberry with spicy nutmeg and cinnamon characters from American oak. The balanced acid and ripe tannins provide a soft and supple finish.

The lead up to the 2020 vintage was dry with a lower than average rainfall. Grape bunches and berries were smaller and had intensified colour and flavour. Our estate Shiraz is grown in red soil over limestone which enhances the colour and flavour by reducing the soil moisture available to the vine.
