Oak Maturation & Malolactic Fermentation
For this workshop on Wednesday, July 1st at 6.00 pm (Sydney time zone) and for an hour and a half, we propose to you the tasting of tree white wine. This course will be led by one of our sommelier, Romain.
Understand the key consideration around wine maturation (élevage in French), the differents types of fermentation (alcoholic, malolactic), as well as the options available to the winemakers for ageing wine pre-bottling and the impacts this has on wine

In the days following your reservation, you will receive your tasting kit including three bottle of wine that will be the main subject of this course.
